Projects in Development

Florida - Watermill Groves
The active adult market in Florida is growing, but what truly matters to home buyers is continuing to evolve.  At Ultimate Communities we care about more than just building a simple house and hoping you like the amenities.  We carve the community out of the landscape to allow for easy and safer golf cart road systems, separate greenways for bicycles and pedestrians and easy access to all of our amenities that are designed in concert with our residents to ensure they are delivered with top quality finishes and inclusions that homeowners find important.

We invite you to contact us to learn more about Watermill Groves - a community built for life.
North Carolina - Mirasol

Ultimate Communities is developing Mirasol in North Carolina - the perfect balance of residential and commercial that can coexist and create a life balance.

When placed in proper proportion and designed with the intended buyers in mind from the start, a thoughtfully designed development can establish an easier way of life, opportunities to establish value in your home and even create friendships.  Central gathering spaces where neighbors can come together to enjoy their home, their life, and their community.  That is an Ultimate Community.  The team at Ultimate enjoys the development process and creating the home of your dreams.

Florida - Watermill Farms
Reminiscent of the Old Florida community downtown, this B&B includes a full-service fruit and vegetable stand which will include cold-pressed juices, a hand churned ice cream shop, porch and small dining area featuring coffee and fresh baked goods on the site of a fully operating 7-acre organic farm.

Built as a destination center for the local population, the residential community and eco-tourists, plans also include a small bed and breakfast themed for the attached residential community to host early visitors.  The B&B also provides housing for our local farmer and family who run the Old Florida styled operation.

Florida - Watermill Crossing
Watermill Crossing is the quintessential hometown center.  Offering both commerce and a themed hometown feel, Watermill Crossings will supply services and entertainment to the local community.

The town center parcel for this community offers a unique opportunity to perfectly balance residential, retail, hospitality and professional services.  Open-air venues, an amphitheater, water features and an Americana feel work together to establish the Town Center as an entertainment destination offering at least 3 access points from a major roadway.

Green-market style open entertainment hub with Old Florida groves and train system.  Golf carts will have dedicated access routes and parking that protects them from automobile traffic. Carts gain access to town center behind commercial buildings and via a cart tunnel connecting the commercial town center to neighboring roadside farm/ B&B and 6,000 unit residential community.  Rolling groves, green space and a quaint garden train create a uniquely appealing use of space and a vintage feel familiar in Old Florida postcards.  Theme is accented with full size railroad hand cart and old ore car on side tracks.
